in my case, any closed and crowded room, and any car queue (without wind) triggers an attack.
But I want to say more: I am in remission from 3 years, and in the last 3 years I NEVER (not too easy!) stayed in closed rooms, I always left a window open, in winter and summer.
May be this, may be only lucky.... but I continue my remission!
