if you have records from your old doctor in Indiana, take those along to the new doctor.
A new doctor might have a different plan for treating your CH, but at least you have a diagnosis and (results of previous tests, maybe)
to make things go smoother and faster.
Call now, it might take a while to get an appointment. Be prepared if you are pretty sure the demon will be back.
