These are clusters so they are supposed to come in clusters. Mine do. I get five weeks of them and then they go away. For months or sometimes years. I've heard that they tend to fade with age, but my neuro doesn't hold out much hope on that score and I'm 75.
You might post what the meds are that you are taking. There is usally somebody here who has tried them and if so they are generally willing to share. Good luck.
