I too have heard that this affliction could possibly be caused by a lack of daylight. However, by my own experience I have not found any correlation between this and my ch. In fact there was a period in my early 20's when I used to stay up till 3 or 4 every night and sleep most of the day and get this I can't remember having one episode during those few years. There could of course be other reasons for my remission, but they are all speculative at best. Good luck to you.
