I started the verpamil yesterday and guess what?For the first time in 5-6 months,I SLEPT ALL NIGHT!!!!That's right everyone,didn't wake up 3 times to give myself a shot.So far today,not one attack.I broke the cycle.I pray to god this will last.But if it doesn't,I'am so damn grateful I got lastnight.I've been chronic for 16 years,when you get a break it's a miracle.And I haven't had to many miracles.About 6 months ago,I got one these breaks from my attacks.I had to take 6-7 percocets at one time.I didn't sleep that night because I was vomiting all night from the shock to my system from so many pills at one time.Last night I didn't even wake up.I pray for one more night,just one more night.Thank you Suzy for suggesting the verapamil.I will let everybody know how it goes for the rest of the week.Thanks,Steve G
