I never had meningitus and I still get clusters. I have never seen meningitus mentioned on this message board, but then, I haven't been around that long...
If you want to know, try the search button on the top right and type in meningitus.
I think a spinal operation is a bit too much, maybe you are right to be wary of it. Who ever heard of this - anyone?
Where do you live? Maybe somebody here knows of a better doctor in your regio who doesn't want to perform a spinal tap.
