If it is indeed migraine you're suffering from (and to check, do the cluster quiz) my best advice would be to search the net for the many migraine sites there are.
I remember how I had to "wade" through them to find this site for my clusters.

In an earlier post you say you have had these attacks after your tubes were tied. There may very well be a connection - and this also leads me to believe it is migraines, for migraines respond to changes in the oestrogen level . (I used to have them before menopause. Now I have clusters. And sometimes, very sometimes a migraine still.)

Finally, it is not for us to say what it is you are suffering from or if you can keep coming to thisboard. (Unless you misbehave very, very badly...).
But if it is migraines, you won't find much help and information here.
