Hi Derek, I too am a come and go visitor at ch.com. I choose to come here for survival but I also choose to leave for survival. Some claim it is selfish and inconsiderate .... I don't agree but I respect their feelings. We are all different people with the same pain in the ass problem.
Some, have made this site their mission and have helped give direction and advise to hundreds if not thousands of people.
When I am in cycle, I come to this board not expecting to find a new cure but expecting to find others here experiancing the same mind numbing pain that I am. I read their pain ... I feel their pain .... we share our pain. WE survive. I become consumed, depressed and obsessed during the ch cycle. My home goes from normal and happy to paranoid and dysfunctional. When I am out of cycle ... I go back to normal.
Normal for me is not to even get on the internet. For what it's worth, my take on the long lost cousin coming back home is this: maybe he's coming back with some gold. Maybe he or she is coming back to this board to speak to the right person at the right moment. I like it when I see family that I have not seen in awhile but than again, it's nice to get away for awhile also
