To your response, "I haven't seen no $200", I say I haven't seen no account number. Test Me see if the cash comes, if no-one keen you can always send it back. Or keep it if it'll make you happy.
As for peer review, you want to spend your whole life arguing about who's right, be my guest. Why don't we just find out who's closest and cheapest to get to me, then we've at least got a target to reach.
