I get cluster headaches also.Imitrex shots work wonders for these headaches.Without insurance the shots are very expensive.I understand your both not working,so I'am sure this medicine is out of the question.If you would like,I could send your husband a couple of shots that I can spare at this present time.I feel so bad for him because I know what kind of horrible pain he is in.If you are instrested,please post me back........Steve
