The only other medicine I am aware of that comes in injection form that may be fast acting is dhe. But that may not necessarily be the best medicine. There are medicines available in nasal spray that are pretty fast acting also such as imitrix and migranol. The rest are in pill form zomig, maxalt, imitrix, etc. and they take a bit longer to kick in. Talk to your dr. and see about your options.
