Pick up a PDR take about 1/3 of the book and rip it off. that just about covers the amount of medications I've been on. Your own approach sets the tone and when your sure of yourself you should have the facts a little straighter, I don't use anything now because of my own cocky conviction of Drug Free, I try not to dissuade others from seeking treatment only relating the problems I have had myself, I'm really not all that prone to exxageration.
