First of all, I'm 61 and have fought the beast most of my life. BUT we are all so different and many do out-grow the beast; hope you are one of them. Have you tried oxygen as an abortive? It is a God send for many of us and when done right will knock the beast on it's butt in ten minutes or so. Wanna meet some clusterheads face to face?
