I also follow the pattern you describe. Mine hit
in October and run through January, this year seems
to continue into March.
I am curious if its daylight, I go to work in the
dark and come home in the dark, or if its
related to the emotions and stress of holidays.
If you feel it is daylight that is the key I read
on this site in Jan. about where to get
natural sunlight bulbs for your home.
