My husband hasn't been officially diagnosed with CH, but he's got so many of the symptoms, we're pretty sure.
He met the beast in late Nov. and went to a dentist because of the pain in his face. The dentist pulled a tooth, and right after that, George's sinus became congested. He was still in agony so he went back to the dentist who prescribed antibiotics for what he thought was a sinus infection. They didn't help; he's had a few more terrible episodes and he's still got the sinus congestion as well as constant low level head pain/droopy eye/constricted pupil.
So, this is another case of a connection between sinus problems & CH. Although I think the beast arrived before the sinus problem. Maybe the sinus problem is the demon's sidekick.
I'm going to check the OTC sinus meds he was taking (he's only taking Excedrine Migraine now) to see if any contain the ingredients you guys have mentioned here, which might have enhanced his CH.
