I don't think I have used sinus meds since I was 18-19. I often don't even take paracetamol, except when I have to be on my toes and the boring frontal headache is getting too much. To relieve throat, nose and ears, I gargle with salted water.
So,where do MY clusters come from? I have consumed chocalate (and sometimes beer) all
my life but I didn't get clusters till I was pushing 50.
You may very well have hit on something that triggers it for you, and that may be a factor for other people, but it can't be the universal cause or trigger.
Oh, and next time, do not use capitals letters please, it is so hard on the eyes.
