I am all over this Diflucan thing. I have been wanting to try it. I think that it is entirely possible that yeast can contribute to the inflammation that causes CH pain. I remember a post about a year ago by DJ saying that he took diflucan. I don't remember what the results were as far as CH goes though. Just because one does a round of diflucan and kills the candida doesn't mean that it couldn't come back. Especially if they don't change their eating habits. Which I probably wouldn't. hmmm.
