Lee is also going through the insomnia problem. He hasn't had a CH in four days. The periods between the attacks are getting longer all the time, plus his neuro has increased his verapamil dosage, which is probably helping. We thought the insomnia was due to anxiety about the possibility of his getting a headache, but maybe this is a part of the end of the cycle. He's also still having something like panic/anxiety attacks where his blood pressure goes way up...this seems very strange while taking verapamil, which is supposed to lower blood pressure. Someone earlier suggested taking benedryl or dramamine for the drowsy effect and to avoid REM sleep. We may try this. Good luck, Dania! Joy
