Tami-

I'm new to this game too (I've only had clusters for a few months now) but believe me, ending your life is *not* the answer. Does job stress trigger your clusters? Taking a vacation is a wonderful idea, and it sounds like even changing firms might not be a bad thing. Aside from making sure your kids are secure and retiring in 15 years, what do you most want to do with your life? Ask yourself that question, and then ask how your job fits into it. I changed jobs (same career, different firm) and quit school (I was part of an accelerated part-time MBA program that put a lot of pressure on me), which helped me immensely. I wouldn't have been able to do any of that without the support of my wonderful wife, though--having a supportive family helps.

Write if you need to talk, I'm feland@hotmail.com.
