It would depend upon whether it's a good headache clinic and if they plan on doing more than give you a 15 minute interview only to tell you you have cluster headaches. Wait. Strike that. Second opinions aren't bad either. And if your doctor isn't very knowledgable about CHs, it's always a good idea to get treated by a doctor (neurologist, preferably) who is more up on it. I vote you waste your time.
