I have been to 2 different ones, one at Duke U. and one called the Baltimore Headache Clinic. Duke did me absolutely no good, but this was in the early 80's, and the BHC (went there in the early 90's) was a good experience. The Dr. that ran it was a clusterhead, so he had understanding and empathy.
If your insurance covers it, go for it. Otherwise, keep reading the board and find yourself a good neuro.
