Thanks for your suggestions! I have been talking with several people at MHNI and it looks like this really is the preeminent facility around this area. And yes, they are still doing research on clusters. Using a drug called civamide intranasally. Since it is a blind study, you might be getting a placebo, though...BUT if the medication works as it is hoped, it is supposed to completely interrupt an episode and stop the CHs from returning!
