Thanks very much for your reply to me here in New Zealand. Sorry you could not get thru to my e-mail address is as above.
Today I went to Whangarei hospital (65 kms away) and picked up oxygen - my first trial. After using it this evening 6 litres for 15 minutes, it decreased the pain intensity and has finally gone after 1 hour instead of my normal 4 hours of hell. I am printing off your info and will keep in touch.
Any info on Imitrex would be appreciated.
