is effective for me at 50mg x 3 or 4 per day, but only in combination with Verapamil at 180mg x 2 or 3 per day. I'm chronic but get "waves" of break through's every few weeks so I add Neurontin at 300mg x 6 per day during tose periods. I don't like the idea of pumping all that stuff into my body, but anytime I try to back it down I get nailed.
It took 3 years of trying med combinations until I found this one. Now I'm essentially pain free, but I'm willing to bet this combination has failed for many others.
By the way, Indo and Verap are really cheap drugs so you won't go broke trying them!
