Wondering if anyone has any info about a type of procedure they are going to possibly try on me for my chronic clusters. Not sure I completely understand what the docs are explaining but here goes. First, by use of a needle - inserting the needle in the side of the head and going to a nerve I believe behind my eye and numbing that nerve to see if I recieve any relief. If that is sucessful then some sort of surgery to completely severe that same nerve? A lot of my pain is very intense stabbing,burning,very intense behind my left eye. The eye tears profusely and turns red and bloodshot, sometimes the pupil constricts. Just wondering if anyone has any info.
