I use 10-12 liters of 0xygen via a non-rebreather bag/mask to acheive the best results of aborting a Cluster Headache,but I'm a big guy. 2-4 liters sounds like way to little to help anyone. A nasal cannula is unacceptable when your nasal passage closes.
