My nero has me on 2250 mg a day of Depakote and it's help me through my day. I still has slight shadows and do wake up 2 night a week, but then I'm alot better then before. As for my side effects, I'v only notice weight gain and hands that tremble. my GP has me on 20mg a day of paxil a day for depression. That's about it...MaryD
