Can you clue me in some more on rights? I was asked to take medical leave in '96 because of daily headaches (ch & migraine). It wasn't an unreasonable request because I really couldn't function anymore. I still can't go back. Technically, I'm still an employee, but I keep waiting for my termination notice to arrive.
