the ice pick as I describe it stabbing away at my eye. The continuous throbbing coming on so rapidly. I usually start with a heavy feeling in my nostril. Usually at the onset I feel like someone is sticking a wire up my nostril. Then I hear cracking between my eyes and the left eye starts pounding. Do you know of anyone else who experiences the cracking sound? Neuro just looks at me kind of strange when I describe it. Thought it was sinus problems but have been though all kinds of sinus x-rays.
