Have started to use Dr. Olin--Cleveland Clinic, Ft. Lauderdale Fl. He uses chemicals on a swap inserted in the nostrils for 30 minutes --I have had 2 treatments and the headaches are not as severe and not every day--I also use imitrex nasal spray when a feel a cluster coming on--relieves if taken immediately
