What this means I have no idea. It does smell better around here and every now and then I find an old dust jacket with tobacco stains on it. That's when it hits me how unpleasant the habit was.
By the way, I understand you are big with classic SF. I've gotten away from it all but I have quite a pile of the stuff. A lot of it will go to ebay eventually. I used to read LOCUS and SF CHRONICLE (The Andrew Porter Magazine). I don't read much of it today as most of my authors are gone. I do like Larry Niven's Known Space Series but I haven't really kept up with it of late.
