You are not the only one questioning. The problem is, that when we question, and try to "politely, and compassionately" guide them to the right spot, we get in trouble for being judgemental and persecutive.
I'm going to keep pointing them in the right direction anyway. It causes two problems if we don't. One we get mis-information on the board and that helps nobody. Second, the person who isn't suffering from cluster headaches is getting mis-information, and they are not getting help either.
