ive takin 600 mgs of lithium every single day for well over 10 years, ive also taking verap for the same length of time. that combo is what saved my ass. to think i suffered 14 years on asprin before i found that combo kills me.
make sure jim gets blood work every 6 months if hes on lith more than 6 months.
