Wow was I lucky to stumble onto this website. Have been diagnosed with clusters for about 10 years now but have had them much longer. Originally diagnosed as migraines, yea right. After numerous 2am trips to ER, medications, tests, bruises, and lack of sleep was finally diagnosed. Have been going through an episode since December 22 and still going strong. Stings song "king of pain" plays over and over in my head when I don't have one just waiting for the return. My latest eye checkup shows vision in one eye much better than the other. I wonder if it has anything to do with the constant pressure applied to the "bad eye". Anyway my husband has moved his bedroom upstairs away from me because he has to get up for work in the morning and cannot stand the constant thrashing around in bed along with the pacing and moaning. After all its just a headache (he's had a few) again yea right. I just had him sit down and read some entries from the website maybe he will understand better. My daughter is sick of my headaches already (enough is enough) luckily my son (7 years old) is the sympathetic one. He understands when I am to tired to make him breakfast in the morning and gets his own cereal. Just blowing off steam to someone who understands. Maybe they will end soon. Maybe not. HOPING.
