But unfortunatly not for me. I have two full bottles of the stuff. My doctor said 1 spray and if that did'nt work I could take another. I always use my O2 first and if that doesn't help within 10 min then I look for something else to try to help. O2 works alot of the time especially in the begining of cycle. At the end not much helps at all. As for adictiveness my doc said same thing but I haven't had trouble getting off of anything when the CH's are gone. I have had to taper off preventatives and narcotics but it worked out fine. It feels GREAT when you don't have to take any meds! :-) Hope you find some relief. Love Paula
