We too are in a cycle of clusters. My husband, Dave, has tried a new preventative this time called Neurontin, he takes 3 times per day it is a seizure medicaton. He has tried the Imatrex nasal spray which your husband could take with him to work for a quick relief (as long as it works as sometimes during the end of a cycle nothing will work) Dave also uses imatrex injections. He is not drinking alcohol as it triggers them. He also is afraid to sleep for fear he will wake with one. God Bless you guys, but know that there are others here that suffer your pain. Dave has also been hospitalized as a last resort 2 cycles ago and hooked up to some scarey medication that gave him a break during the cycle but did not end it. Excercise sometimes helps if he over exerts himself it relieves some of the stabbing. Good Luck
