Some take real cold showers or real hot showers. You can also get O2 and imetrex in the ER if all else fails. They are sometimes real slow or don't know what they are doing in the ER but sometimes you get a good doctor and that can help. I tell them when I go in I have to be on O2 right away, I usually have my portable in the car for on the way, and they take me right back. You need it through a rebreather mask at 10 or so leters. Hope he gets relief soon. I know just what he is going through. Praying for you all. Love Paula
