I was pain free through my entire pregnancy...until the three days before I gave birth. Then they came on, but not as severe as usual. I had natural childbirth...3AM...no complications. then i woke up at 6AM and the demon was back with a vegeance.
when I'm episodic, sometimes getting my period will bring me some relief. My gyno says I'm estrogen dominant ( fibrous breasts, PMS, low libido, dry skin) I'm going to give progesterone creme a whirl and see what happens. I have often wondered what role hormones play in CH, if any.
