If you are chronic I would stay on the Lith! Some people who are chronic do the Verap and Lith combo just to be pain free! If I was you I would stay on the lith. Ask Jonny he's been on the Lith and Verap combo for about 10 years,,,,,,Hope this helps......Suzy
