About 90 minutes after falling asleep, we usually enter the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep phase. It is in this phase when dreams occur. But it also is the time when the Serotonin level drops to a minimum, and therefore an attack is very likely. This has nothing to do with sleep apnea (which IMHO is a bit over-advertized lately).
Taking Dramamine/Gravol (a motion sicknes med) before bed time, as Margi plugs all the time, can prevent the REM phase. Sleep will not be as relaxing, but if it hold the demon off...
