I have the pain in my ear, jaw, eye and temple too.
I usually have them all checked immediatly when my
headaches first start up. Just in case there happens
to be an ear infection, tooth ache or vision problem
spurring on the headaches. So far, it's always been
wishful thinking but I still think it's important to
know for sure. Good luck, I'm on week 2 myself, hang tight!
