As far as stress and CH.... I don't doubt Ch stresses us out. It may even make an attack worst because our muscles are tense. I don't think stress causes CH. The cause is an in-balance of serotonin due to our flawed hypothalmuses. Of course if i got that all wrong, someone will correct me.
I'm left sided and right handed. Sometimes just for fun the beast will switch sides on me. I'm so glad it does, always getting hit on the left is becoming boring and redundant, sort of like me rambling on h ere.
