My husband takes clonzepam to sleep. Even when he isnt in a cycle he takes the clonzepam. He doesnt sleep well anyway. He would like to know if anyone else has a sleep disorder usually when they are in remission? He finds that a cycle returns after he has been sleep deprived. He drives a truck for the Postal Service. I think the sleep problem is probably part of the beginning of the episode. I can usually tell by the way he is acting that they are coming. He is afraid to sleep too God Bless You August...
