Cluster , Rosacea connection?

I was wondering because I have both and the rosacea definitely flares up when clusters are present. I know both are linked to blood vessels and certain things trigger both i.e. alcohol. Also I was reading somewhere that a ruddy complexion is sometimes a characteristic of clusters and the same goes for rosacea.
