Hi Larry,
I agree with Paco, it must be done right. Many docs are clueless when it comes to O2 so we clusterheads have got to educate them. I wrote an article for headachesupportgroups.com that details the "Cool O2" method I came up with last year. It's a way to enhance the effect of O2 if/when it loses it's punch. Best of luck.
