Start drinking water every hour or if you can every 1/2 hour. Margi's water X 3 helps! It takes some time to work but helps. Also get proactive! Get your doctor to put you on a preventive med as in Verapamil or some other med not just a abortive med as in Imitrex shots. Look at the meds on the left hand side of this site and show it to your doctor. This will not help you right now but it will in the long run...You can use preventive meds and if the beast shows it's head you can use the abortive med as in Imitrex shots to kill it....Suzy
