This forum allows me to state my opinion, right or wrong, in the hopes of helping other Clusterheads. But somehow, I don't think there's much helping going on in this particular dialogue. And who's to say that the salesman in question isn't laughing his ass off at the way we're carrying on. Maybe it's a mission accomplished by a pissed off snake oil salesman. I dunno... BTW, I was one of the Graffitti Artists he mentioned who asked for further information regarding the procedure, but along with the post in which he showed the detailed information, he neglected to post the part about the "FREE" part of the offer, that there was already a taker, that they could only afford to do 1 procedure because of O.R. fees, and anesthesia fees and that I wasn't it. Pretty good sales pitch, huh? I don't know about SA laws but I remember the FTC coming down pretty hard on Sears Roebuck & Co for "Bait & Switch" tactics in the 1980's.
...and finally, is this pitch actually a commercial endorsement?
