I used to live in Ypsitucky and have friends who live on Michigan Avenue. But I must confess that when I tell people where i used to live I often say "near Ann Arbor". We spent several years going to grad school at Eastern Michigan U. I think my first clusters started there but this was 20+ years ago!
I never used the pain institute but I know of a woman who licked chronic migraines there (funny side note: she was a nurse who worked for a neurologist and she had to go somewhere else to get her "cure")
