Last summer a number of you helped me a lot with suggestions for the CH questionnaire as well as editing content and providing technical support.
Now, I still have your posts, but I do not feel like digging through a dozen floppies looking for them - so please - do not be modest - just send me a brief reminder of your contribution if you would like to have your name added to the list of credits. The more recent help is clear in my mind, but last August was quite a while ago.
If you prefer not to be listed please tell me - so that I do not use your name where you do not wish it to appear.
Also, if you have a Web site (related to CH or not, it does not matter, I would like to place a link to it on the Links page. Send me your URL or forever hold your peace.
