In Reply to: So, I'm back. But I have a couple of questions for the regulars.. posted by Kenn on January 31, 2001 at 05:39:04:

1) Yes. I did so in order to see if the things I thought were triggering my ch actually were consistent triggers for me. Some were and some were not. Some of the triggers were: laying for too long; flourescent lights that flicker for too long; certain alcohols (wine or champagne being more likely to trigger an attack but tequila being just fine); dehydration or extreme low blood sugar.
2) No.
3) Yes. I was on lithobid which was helping to slightly reduce the frequency and severity of my attacks. I stopped taking it after my hair began to fall out in clumps and my fingernails fell off. Vain of me, isn't it?

Hope this helps.

Peace and love,
Georgia
